A licensed registration service, not the DMV

369 Registration Services is a private vehicle registration service in North Hollywood. We prepare California registration paperwork with drivers and small fleets across the San Fernando Valley, by appointment.

Who we are

We are a licensed registration service: a private business the California DMV allows to prepare registration transactions for customers. We work from an office on Sherman Way, by appointment only, with people who want a second set of eyes on their paperwork or have a case that does not fit the standard path.

What we do

Registration renewals, title transfers, registrations for new or out-of-state vehicles, replacement plates, permits, and the less common transactions like lien sales or revived salvage registrations. Every one of them can also be done directly with the DMV, and we will say so when that is the better path for you.

How our license works

The DMV issues occupational licenses to registration services and regulates how they operate. The rules cover how we advertise, the records we keep for every transaction, the receipt we give each customer, plus the disclosures we make: that we are not a branch of the DMV, and that the DMV can provide the same services without our fee.

369 Registration Services is a private registration service licensed by the California DMV. We are not the DMV or a branch of the DMV. You can complete these transactions directly with the California DMV without paying our service fee.

What to expect

  1. A confirmed time, not a line

You call or send a request, we agree on a time, then you get a short list of what to bring for your transaction. We also explain our service charge for your transaction before you commit.

  2. Forms completed together

At the appointment we go through each form with you, check signatures and supporting documents, then prepare the transaction.

  3. Plain explanation of what comes next

Before you leave you know what the DMV still has to do on its side, what to watch for in the mail, and who to call if something stalls.

When it helps to sit down with someone

Unusual cases

A missing title, a vehicle dropped from DMV records, an out-of-state purchase, a salvage rebuild. These have more steps than the standard form, and a wrong move costs weeks.

Forms that have to be right

Signatures in the wrong place, a missing odometer figure, or an unsigned lien release send the whole packet back. We check before it goes in.

Sources you can check

Every requirement on this site links to the DMV page it came from, with the date we last checked it. Nothing here is guesswork.
