Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-12
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It applies to the site operated by 369 Registration Services. It does not describe how the California DMV handles your records; the DMV has its own privacy rules.
What we collect through this site
The appointment request form. When you send a request, we receive the name you enter, the phone number or email address you choose to give, the service you selected, your message if you wrote one, and a preferred date if you picked one. We ask you not to include your driver’s license number, Social Security number, or full vehicle identification number, and the form rejects messages that look like they contain a Social Security number.
Nothing else is required. You can read every page on this site without entering any information.
Why we use it
We use what you send through the form for one purpose: to reply about your request, agree on an appointment time, and tell you what to bring. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Services this site relies on
Each of these companies handles some data on our behalf. Their own policies apply to what they process.
- Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and runs the small program that receives form submissions. Cloudflare sees the network details of every visit, as any host does.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us page view counts. It does not use cookies or track you across sites.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It may process technical details about your browser to do that.
- Formspree delivers form submissions to our inbox and keeps a copy in its dashboard so we can find them later.
- Google Maps appears on the contact page only after you choose to open it. Until then, nothing loads from Google. Opening it sends your request to Google under Google’s privacy policy.
If we add other tools later, for example Google Analytics, we will update this page before they go live.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Turnstile or an opened map may set technical cookies from their own domains to work.
Do Not Track
This site does not change its behavior based on a browser’s Do Not Track signal, because it does not track visitors across sites in the first place.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete them. Copies may remain in Formspree until we remove them there.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us for a copy of the information you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us by phone or through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm you are the person who sent the request.
California residents have rights under state privacy law that may include access and deletion. We honor those requests through the same contact methods.
Children
This site is meant for adults handling vehicle transactions. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here.
Contact
Use the phone number or the form on the contact page. Our business name and address appear in the footer of every page.
